With more than 20 years of real estate experience, I’ve developed a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry. I began my career in a small boutique agency in Potts Point, where I quickly discovered that no two days in real estate are ever the same – and I loved it. That early immersion sparked a long-term passion for property management and the relationships at the heart of it.

Over the years, I’ve built strong, lasting connections with clients and investors across Sydney, managing significant portfolios and ensuring their assets perform at their best. My commitment to clear communication, trust and consistent results has shaped the way I work and the reputation I’ve earned.

For the past decade, I’ve held senior leadership roles, including General Manager positions at two leading real estate businesses. I’ve led teams of more than 50 people and overseen portfolios of more than 5,000 properties, driving operational excellence, business growth, and high-performance cultures. I’m passionate about building teams that feel supported, inspired and empowered to deliver exceptional service.

Today, my focus is on creating a real estate business with a strong, contemporary approach to property management — a service that delivers real value, genuine care and a better experience for investors and tenants alike.

Outside of work, I’m inspired by my family and the coastal lifestyle of Sydney’s Eastern Beaches. I love exploring art galleries and the theatre, and spending time by the ocean.
